Shipping Information

We ships orders via UPS and Unites States Postal Service depending on the location of the shipment and order placement. Depending on product availability, orders are usually processed for shipment within 1 business days (excludes weekends and holidays). Once your order is packaged, we will send an email with your tracking information. Accurate shipping address is required. Your signature may be required for delivery. Depending on where you are in the US the average transit time is 2-4 days but please keep in mind the potential seen in the past 24 months due to covid-19 related issues. with UPS and USPS that are out of our control. 

Shipping Rate

All United States order will be including FREE 3 day shipping (excludes U.S. Territories).

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Returns

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at support@ketonenatshop.com to obtain return shipping label. After receiving a return shipping label, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to us.

30 Days to Return

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

Refunds

Refund (if applicable)

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return of exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@ketonenatshop.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@ketonenatshop.com.

Changing/Cancelling Orders:

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed. Please double-check your shopping cart before checking out to be sure it is correct. We cannot guarantee the ability to cancel orders. Many are shipped the same business day, and once an order is shipped it cannot be cancelled.
